I've been working with my solution well-being for some time now and I've had the pleasure of knowing 3 different therapists that have all treated me with respect and care someone in my position would need. My current therapist is a lovely man named Tom, he is understanding and caring. I honestly couldn't recommend Tom enough if you are in need of mental health support or even just seeking a safe place to speak without judgement then this might be for you. But talking about my solution well-being as a whole there are many therapists that may be the right fit for you.

I found the approach balanced. It was supportive while also gently challenging when needed.
