I had Janet as my counsellor. It was for personal and relationship issues . I found Janet absolutely awesome I'm so glad I had the good fortune of having her . It was like speaking to a friend and not someone acting over professional where I would have felt judged or I'm going actually mad . I did get hint of her being professional ,so she can be if the settings are right But she knew just where to keep me to spill my thoughts and feelings out . I feel I'm in a much better place and moved on from what I went there for originally. And alot of what Janet said keeps resonating in my thoughts , which helps me realise my self-worth .
